Office Highlights

State-of-the-Art Renovation: Modern design and high-tech equipment for exceptional patient care.
Standalone Endodontics Practice: Supported by a network of 8 very established, highly successful practices with 25+ general dentists referring patients. We also actively market to unaffiliated practices for additional endodontic referrals.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Half-day Monday and Friday, 8 a.m.–Noon; Tuesday–Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
Forecasted Production: $700k in Year 1 and $1M in Year 2.
Compensation: 40% of collections, plus a base guarantee of $1200/day for the first 3 months.
Same-Day Referrals: Robust patient flow from day one.
Optimized Clinical Setup: 2 treatment columns (2 microscopes) + 1 consult column; double-booked, staggered appointments.
Marketing & Patient Interaction: We seek a confident, well-spoken Endodontist who excels at building relationships.

Licensed in Texas (or eligible)
