- Work-Life Balance
- Predictable schedule of 12-16 days per month:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM

- 30% collections, paid monthly (deducting 30% lab fees for Invisalign or All-on-X cases).
