Periodontist Opportunity – South Kansas City, MO

(2 Days per Month | 1099 Independent Contractor | Established, Growing Patient Base)

Are you a highly skilled Periodontist seeking a flexible, high-impact surgical opportunity in a dynamic private group practice setting?
We’re looking for a Periodontist to join our established, high-volume private group dental office in South Kansas City, Missouri for 2 days per month.

You’ll work alongside a team of general dentists and specialists in a collaborative, modern environment with a steady flow of internal referrals. You’ll also benefit from being part of a selective, doctor-led private group operating across 15 states with a focus on quality care and long-term sustainability.

About the Opportunity:

• 1099 Independent Contractor Position

• Commitment: 2 surgical days per month (schedule flexibility available)

• Compensation: Collections-based model, competitive and commensurate with experience

• Two Engagement Tracks:

  • Bring your own staff/equipment/supplies = higher collections rate

  • Utilize in-house staff and equipment = streamlined logistics

• CBCT Imaging Access: Standard pre-consult imaging via trusted third-party imaging center (in-house CBCT under consideration)

• Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Scope of Clinical Procedures:

• Surgical placement of single and multi-unit implants

• IV Sedation and medically complex case management

• Surgical extractions (including impacted thirds and complex cases)

• Advanced surgical periodontal procedures, including:

  • Osseous surgery

  • Ridge and sinus augmentation

  • Connective tissue and soft tissue grafting

  • Bone grafting

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Periodontist

• Licensed (or eligible) in Missouri
