We’re seeking a licensed or license-eligible Hygienist to join our thriving, established private dental office in Raleigh, NC!

About the Role:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Open to part-time or full-time (3–5 days per week) based on candidate preference
Seeking a long-term team member who values consistency and collaborative care

Compensation:

$45–$50 per hour, commensurate with experience
Equivalent to $93,600–$104,000 annually for full-time employment

Bonuses:

$1,000 Signing Bonus – paid on first paycheck
$1,000 Retention Bonus – paid at the conclusion of the first full year
Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities for exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes

We are open to traditional single-column hygiene scheduling, but many of our hygienists have shifted toward an accelerated, two-column assisted hygiene model. You’ll work closely with the front office team to maintain a measured, balanced flow of preventive and treatment patients—helping you stay productive without feeling rushed.

We also strictly follow the latest AAP (American Academy of Periodontology) guidelines, and we seek a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. Preventive care, early intervention, and comprehensive patient education are central to our care philosophy.

Active North Carolina Dental Hygiene License (or eligibility to obtain)
