A well-established, doctor-led group of general dentistry practices in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join the team four days per week as an independent contractor. With three convenient locations, a steady stream of internal referrals, and modern, specialist-ready facilities, this is an ideal opportunity for a confident, efficient Endodontist seeking consistent production and long-term alignment.

Schedule: 4 days per week, rotating between three practices in the Lexington area
Practice hours: Monday β Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Flexibility to design your clinical day within that window
Compensation: Daily or per-procedure basis β flexible, competitive rates
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Support Team: Dedicated Endodontic Assistant and Specialty Treatment Coordinator at each site
Operatories: 2-column setup at each location
Treatment Column: 6β8 endodontic cases per day (typical), driven by your preferred flow
Consult Column: In-person or virtual consults as needed (minimal, as referring GPs typically secure treatment plan acceptance before scheduling)
