🔍 What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years' experience managing the operations of a dental office with 2 or more full-time doctors

Proven ability to lead and coach clinical and front office teams with firmness, fairness, and a solutions-first mindset

Unflinching when it comes to setting expectations and holding people accountable—from huddles to hygiene metrics

Comfortable discussing treatment costs, collecting balances, and leading revenue cycle management

Bonus if you can influence treatment acceptance—but mastery of operations is non-negotiable

Available to lead a practice open Monday–Thursday 7am–7pm, Friday 9–4, Saturday 9–2

Willing to commit to a 55-hour workweek during a critical period of stabilization and culture refinement
