Registered Dental Hygienist – Branson, MO

About the Role:

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Preferred: Full-time, 5 days per week
Consideration: Exceptional candidates seeking 3 or 4 days will be considered if open to a long-term commitment in a part-time schedule
Compensation: $45–$50 per hour (equivalent to $93,600–$104,000 annually for full-time employment), commensurate with experience
Bonus Structure: Monthly performance-based bonuses for exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes

We are open to a traditional single-column hygiene schedule, but many of our hygienists are transitioning to an accelerated, two-column assisted hygiene model. You’ll work with the front office team to maintain a measured, balanced flow of preventive and treatment patients—allowing for productivity without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

We strictly follow the latest AAP (American Academy of Periodontology) guidelines, and we are seeking a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal disease diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive patient education. Preventive care and education are the foundation of our practice philosophy.
